Medical Assisting     

Our 900-hour program offers 653 hours of classroom training and 247 hours of hands-on experience at externship sites in surrounding healthcare facilities. Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) perform administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. The core curriculum is taught concurrently with the Practicum experience. This program qualifies for the Ohio Career Technical Credit Transfer (CT2) credit at a state college or university when continuing education within two years of program completion. Phlebotomy Technology     

Gain experience, knowledge, and confidence to draw blood and collect specimens for laboratory testing facilities through our 200-hour Adult Education Phlebotomy Technology program. This program consists of hands-on, one-on-one clinical training requiring both technical and inter-personal skills and prepares individuals, under the supervision of physicians and other health care professionals, to draw blood samples from patients using a variety of procedures. Classroom instruction of 100 hours and 100 hours of externship experience.

Dental Assisting     

Develop the skills you need to play a key role in a rapidly growing health occupation as a Dental Assistant in our 600-hour Dental Assisting program. Dental Assistants work under the supervision of dentists performing a variety of patient care and laboratory
